What if prayer is meant to become the constant breath of a soul that knows it cannot live without God? Some prayers are whispered through tears. Some prayers are offered when there is nowhere else to turn. But what if prayer was never meant to be something we only visit when life falls apart?

Our pastor continues our series on “The Praying Church.” Can we truly say we trust God while still refusing to surrender to God what we love most? Only a command, a mountain and a father forced to decide whether he trusted the giver more than he treasured the gift.

We Prayed and Set a Watch – Nehemiah 4:7-9 KJV – Opposition does not always mean the work is failing. Sometimes it means the work is finally moving. When God’s people begin rebuilding what has been broken, closing the breaches, restoring what has been weakened, and moving forward in obedience, the enemy will not stay silent.

Each of us carry a burden. Some burdens do more than weigh on us. They expose what we trust, what we fear, what we refuse to surrender, and whether we truly believe God can carry what is crushing us.

Praying in Faith – Hebrews 11:1-7 KJV – You can say the right words and still not trust the One you are praying to. This week we  step into a question that reaches far deeper than whether we pray.What does it really mean to trust God when the outcome is unseen?

Prayer, it is what all of use should be doing without ceasing. But many of us struggle to do this due to misplaced priorities or misunderstandings of what prayer is and the power behind it. Yet, Jesus teaches that prayer begins with reverence, dependence, surrender, confession, and spiritual urgency. We invite you and your family to join us this Sunday as we begin “The Praying Church.”

Today, we step into one of the most painful and powerful moments in all of Scripture—a moment where love could not stop suffering, and sorrow could not stop the will of God.

Our pastor concludes our series “God’s Design for the Church.” Something was sitting in ruins. Everybody knew it. Everybody could see it. But somehow, life kept moving around it. Then God spoke—not to explain why it mattered, but to confront why it had been neglected. We conclude “God’s Design for the Church” with a passage that forces a question we cannot avoid: What has God called us to build that we have learned to walk around?
